Right now POD model does not support perfect color matching, so we recommend any user who wants to find a specific color tone, to create color swatches and sample them out. But we never offer a tool to do that. The idea is to create a tool that will help during the color matching process, that will let the user to upload their brand color (or maybe just the logo) and the system will detect the main color and will automatically generate different shades of the same color, and prepare the print files for the selected blanks. If the user wants to add custom colors to test they can easily edit the swatches. Once the color selection is fine, the system will generate the perfect sample print files that can be sent to testing. Additionally we may add the API connection so the order is automatically sent to fulfilment. The tool will give the history of samples and will let track the results. The tool will track the blanks and techniques (DTG, DTF, EMB, etc.) Optionally maybe have a space where you can upload the physical sample photos to compare them in the same environment and track sampling. This tool would be convenient not only to the outside vendors, but can be used by the internal FYUL designer teams, R&D during the new product development, PCM teams when ordering samples and looking for difference between garments, ENT growth strategy when looking for a perfect brand color match, Graphics Customer Support teams that what to help the customer to find the correct color, Account Specialists testing new products and sending to the SMB clients.
